Tips for emailing ClubGG support
- Write from your registration email. It helps support confirm the account is yours.
- Include your device and version. For example iPhone, your iOS version and the ClubGG version (the latest iOS build was 26.06.0299 when we checked).
- Attach screenshots or times. Error messages, charge receipts, when it happened. The more specific, the better.
- Write in English. ClubGG's store listings and Terms are English-only, so English usually gets things sorted faster.
Watch out for fake support
Real support will never DM you for your password or verification code, or ask you to pay to "unfreeze your account" or "unlock a withdrawal". ClubGG doesn't take deposits and has no withdrawals, so anyone collecting money in its name is running a scam.
People in chat groups calling themselves "official ClubGG agents" or "top-up support" have nothing to do with ClubGG. An Agent in a club is just a club role that hands out chips inside the app. More in Safety & scams.
