Ways to log in to ClubGG

Method	Status
GG Pass (email + password)	The standard method, on mobile and desktop
GGPoker account	Also GG Pass, so it logs straight in
Google / Apple / Facebook	Mentioned only by third-party guides, not confirmed officially
Phone number	No official mention found

How to log in

Use the genuine app. Install from the App Store, Google Play or clubgg.com, see the download guide. A modified client can steal your password.
Enter your GG Pass details. Your registration email and password. No account yet? See Sign up.
Complete two-factor login. ClubGG added login 2FA in August 2025; if it's on, enter the code when asked.
Head to your club. Once you're in, open a club you've already joined, or use “Search Club” to find a new Club ID.

Since the 21 October update, the old “My Account” menu is called “My GGPass”; profile and security settings live there. A February 2026 release also added GGPass Universal Authentication.

Can't log in? Checklist

Problem	Likely cause	What to do
"Wrong password"	Typo, or a password from another site	Use the password recovery option on the login screen; if that fails, contact official support
No verification code	The email went to spam	Check your spam folder and make sure you entered your registration email
"Not available in your region"	The Terms say ClubGG filters access from ineligible jurisdictions	That's an official restriction and we don't offer workarounds; see Regions
Account suspended	Possibly multiple accounts, bots or collusion	Only official support can review it; see Support
Logged in but no clubs	Clubs need a separate application, or yours is still pending	See Join a club

Keep your account safe

Anyone asking for your GG Pass password or verification code is a scammer. If someone calling themselves "ClubGG support" or an "agent" messages you privately with a login link, don't click it. Official support channels are on Support.

Don't lend your account or log in to someone else's. The Terms allow one account per person, and being flagged for multi-accounting can mean a ban and forfeited winnings.

ClubGG is a free poker client that only offers play-money games with no monetary value. This site is not ClubGG and can't look up or fix your account.

FAQ

How do I log in to ClubGG?

Open the ClubGG app or desktop client and sign in with your GG Pass account (registration email + password). If you've turned on two-factor login, enter the code as well.

Can I log in to ClubGG with my GGPoker account?

Yes. Both use GG Pass, so your GGPoker account logs straight in to ClubGG. ClubGG does stress that they are different services, though; see ClubGG vs GGPoker.

Can I sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook?

Third-party guides say GG Pass supports them, but no official page confirms it. Go by the options your login screen actually shows.

I forgot my ClubGG password. What do I do?

We can't read the official help center's articles, so we can't confirm the exact steps. Look for the password recovery option on the login screen; if you still can't get in, email official support at support@clubgg.com from your registration address.

Where is the Union Back Office login?

The Union Back Office is separate from the player app. ClubGG's 21 October update notes say the new back office is at union.clubgg.com (the legacy one at union2.clubgg.com). It's for union managers only.
