Terms of Use
By using club-gg.cn you agree to these terms. In short: this is an information site, not ClubGG, and it offers no games, accounts or money services of any kind.
On this page
1. What this site is
club-gg.cn (“the site”, “we”) is an independently run information site about ClubGG. It explains downloading, signing up, clubs and games, and offers free poker calculators. It is not the official ClubGG website and has no affiliation with, or licence from, ClubGG, NSUS Group Inc, NSUS Ltd or the GGPoker group.
We do not offer any poker games, open accounts, or receive, hold or transfer money or chips. Downloading, signing up and playing all take place in the official ClubGG app, under ClubGG's own terms of service.
2. Information only
- We work to keep content accurate and show sources and update dates, but ClubGG decides its own features, prices and rules, and they can change at any time.
- Before making a decision, rely on ClubGG's official pages and in-app information.
- Nothing on this site is legal, financial or other professional advice.
3. Age and local law
The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Online poker is restricted or illegal in some countries and regions, including mainland China. It is up to you to find out whether you may use ClubGG, and whether any arrangement inside a club is legal where you live, and to follow the law. We do not encourage or assist illegal gambling, and we do not provide ways around region restrictions or identity checks.
4. Partner links and third-party sites
Some buttons on the site are partner links (nofollow / sponsored) that take you off the site. Third-party sites and apps, including ClubGG, the App Store and Google Play, are the responsibility of their operators, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, transactions or availability.
5. Calculators
Results from the equity, pot odds and outs calculators come from mathematical calculation, and in some cases are approximations from Monte Carlo simulation. The tools are for study and review only and guarantee no outcome at the table. Don't use outside tools to help make decisions during a hand.
6. Copyright and trademarks
The text, tables and tool code on this site are our own work. Please don't copy or republish whole pages without permission; short quotes with a link back to the original page are welcome. ClubGG, GGPoker, WSOP and other names and marks belong to their owners and are mentioned here for descriptive purposes only.
7. Things you may not do
- impersonate the site or its editors, for example by contacting people as “club-gg.cn support”;
- attack the site, scrape it at scale or interfere with its normal operation;
- use our content to promote real-money gambling, chip selling or fraud.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that content is always complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the site, from relying on its content, or from third-party services reached through its links.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies, and the update date is shown under the headline. Questions about the terms can go to support@club-gg.cn. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
