What Is a ClubGG Agent?
In ClubGG's own system, an "agent" is simply a role inside a club: someone who uses credits allocated by the club to hand play chips to their own players. Agents are not an official ClubGG sales channel, and the chips have no monetary value.

Where agents sit in the club hierarchy
| Level | Role | Relation to agents |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Club Master | Created the club; top role |
| 2 | Club Manager | Starts with most of the Master's permissions |
| 3 | Super Agent | Manages agents and their own downline |
| 4 | Agent | Manages their own players |
| 5 | Player | Requests chips from an agent or a Manager |
ClubGG's rules: a member holds one role at a time; game restrictions flow down the hierarchy; an agent must clear their downline before changing role. Full role breakdown in our clubs guide.
How credits and chips flow
- The club issues chips Club admins issue chips without limit, and they work only in that club.
- Agents receive credits Agents and Super Agents hold credits, managed in the Agent Counter.
- Agents send chips to their downline An agent grants chips to players from their credits; players' chips sit in the Member Counter.
- Short on credits? Ask up the chain When an agent runs low, they request more from the level above.
- Everything is logged Every send, reclaim and request appears in the Counter's "Trade Record".
Credits exist only inside the app, and chips have no monetary value. If a club is disbanded, all its chips and credits are deleted.
Agent management tools
- Agent Win/Loss Limit — added in August 2026.
- Rake Allocation — added at the same time; ClubGG hasn't published details.
- Game restrictions — limits set above automatically bind the downline.
- Union level — the Union Back Office manages players and agents, shows logins and devices, and sets daily or weekly win/loss limits; see unions.
The official "agent" vs the online "agent"
| Official Agent role | "ClubGG agent" ads online | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A club member who hands out play chips | Someone offering to "top up", "load chips" or "cash out" |
| Money involved | None — chips have no monetary value | Asks for transfers, often crypto or mobile payments |
| Link to ClubGG | A club feature designed by ClubGG | None; it breaks ClubGG's guideline |
| If something goes wrong | Talk to the club's management | No protection at all |
ClubGG is a free poker client that only offers poker gameplay with play money that has no monetary value. It accepts no deposits and does not sell chips through agents.
ClubGG's Media Guideline bans clubs from publicly promoting real-money gambling or payment methods. We don't recommend or list any agent who takes money: these deals happen off the platform, there's no way to recover losses, and they are illegal in many places. If you've been made an agent
- Check the Trade Record regularly so every send matches a request;
- Use win/loss limits and other tools to keep your downline in check and avoid disputes;
- Hand out chips for play only and never take money — taking money is exactly what ClubGG's Terms forbid.
