ClubGG Unions Explained
A union is a group of ClubGG clubs that share tables under common rules; ClubGG claims 120+ active unions. The one rule to know before joining: when a club joins a union, its gameplay data and reporting are reset.

Union Master and Union Managers
- The Union Master is the Club Master of the "Master Club". The role can't be transferred.
- Union Managers are the Managers of that Master Club.
- Only the Union Master can disband the union or set Union Manager permissions.
- At club level, only the Club Master can request a union; Club Managers can't.

Checklist before your club joins
- Save your data Joining resets gameplay data and reporting, so export or screenshot anything you want to keep.
- Read the union rules Shared rules bind every member club, including which tournaments and Bad Beat Jackpots are included union-wide.
- Tell your members The Club ID doesn't change, but tables will be shared with other clubs, so explain that in advance.
- Check for money arrangements Some unions run off-platform deals such as "rakeback". ClubGG bans clubs and unions from promoting real-money play; such deals have no protection and are illegal in many places. See real money.

Published UBO pricing
UBO is priced by the number of affiliated clubs. ClubGG's page gives just two examples:
Back office changes in October 2026
- The new UBO uses a new login address, and the legacy back office sits on a different domain; the official new address is in the sources below.
- From 21 October, UBO no longer accepts Xsolla payments, and NPay is the only supported payment method. ClubGG promised refunds to Xsolla UBO subscribers.
- Memberships, club levels and Diamonds are not affected.
Only reach the back office from official sources. If someone sends you a "back office login link" asking for your credentials, check the domain first, and turn on GG Pass two-factor authentication. More in safety and scams.
Can a club run without a union?
Yes. Unions are optional and suit clubs that want more tables and traffic. If you're just starting, get your own club going first, then think about joining. Agents in a union club are also subject to union-level controls; see agent roles.
