Is ClubGG Safe? Legitimacy, Fairness and Scams

The ClubGG app itself is a legitimate product: it's operated by NSUS Group Inc and listed on the App Store and Google Play. Most of the real risk comes from people: badly run clubs, fake “agents”, and anyone selling hacks or bots.

Is the deal fair?

ClubGG has a dedicated page stating its RNG is “certified by BMM Testlabs”. The page doesn't link a certificate, a test date or a scope, so all we can say is that ClubGG makes the claim; we can't vouch for it.

Plenty of App Store reviews say the deal creates “action” on purpose or that players collude. These are personal impressions with no evidence behind them. What's worth remembering: in private clubs, players working together at your table is usually a bigger worry than the shuffle.

ClubGG's anti-cheating rules

  • Banned: collusion, multiple accounts, bots / scripts / macros, “LAN play” and “team play”.
  • Official interface only: §23(b) of the terms forbids accessing the site by any means other than the interface ClubGG provides, so third-party launchers and multi-instance tools are a risk too.
  • Penalties: forfeiture, account termination and, where needed, referral to law enforcement.
  • Club tools: union admins can see login, device and activity records; a third-party review also says clubs can restrict seats by IP, GPS and device.

Why hacks, cheats and bots are a trap

Search for “ClubGG hack” or “ClubGG bot” and you'll find all sorts of paid tools. We don't offer or link any of them, for simple reasons:

  • Mostly a money grab: you pay, then you're asked to pay again to “upgrade” or “activate”, then the seller disappears.
  • Possibly malware: they want you to install unknown software or hand over your GG Pass login, and the goal is your account.
  • Using them breaks the rules: bots, scripts and unofficial interfaces are all banned, and the result is forfeited winnings and a ban.

Common scams

ScamHow to spot it
“Official agent” or “top-up support” asking for a transferClubGG takes no deposits and has no “official agents” who collect money. In ClubGG's own system an agent is a role that hands out club chips
Fake support, fake emailsClubGG's support email is support@clubgg.com. The old clubgg.net domain no longer works, so anything using it is outdated or fake
Installers from unknown sitesWe found no official direct APK link. Download from the App Store, Google Play or the official website
Requests for codes or passwordsIf anyone asks for your login or 2FA code, refuse
“Official GGPoker club”ClubGG forbids clubs from using the ClubGG or GGPoker brand in club names or implying official endorsement

Four steps to protect your account

  1. Download only from official sources. The App Store, Google Play or ClubGG's website; see the download guide.
  2. Turn on two-factor login. ClubGG has supported login 2FA since August 2025. Don't reuse your GG Pass password anywhere else.
  3. Know about Screen Guard on PC. Since October 2026 the PC client's Screen Guard blocks screenshots and recording of tables.
  4. Choose your clubs. Prefer clubs run by people you know and read the club notice before joining; tips in joining a club.

FAQ

Is ClubGG legit?
The app is operated by NSUS Group Inc (with an Ontario, Canada address), developed by NSUS Ltd, listed normally on the App Store and Google Play, and described by ClubGG as created by the GGPoker Network. A legitimate app doesn't mean every club is trustworthy, though; clubs are run by users.
Is ClubGG rigged?
ClubGG says its random number generator (RNG) is certified by BMM Testlabs, but it doesn't publish the certificate or a date, so we can't verify it independently. Many App Store reviews claim rigging or collusion; those can't be verified either. In practice, players teaming up at the table is a more realistic risk than the deal itself.
Does ClubGG have bots?
The Terms of Service ban bots, scripts and macros. Third-party pages selling “ClubGG bots” do exist, which shows the risk is real; how well they're caught depends on the platform and on club management. Watch for unusual players in clubs you don't know.
Do ClubGG hacks or cheats work?
Don't use them. People selling “hacks” usually want your money or want you to install malware that steals your account. Even if a tool worked, using it breaks the terms and can mean forfeited winnings, a ban, or referral to law enforcement.
How common is collusion on ClubGG?
There's no public data. The terms ban collusion, “team play” and multiple accounts, and union tools show login and device records. Enforcement varies by club, so the safest approach is to play with people you know and in clubs with a good reputation.
