Contact Us
For anything about this site, write to support@club-gg.cn. We can't help with ClubGG accounts, purchases or games; those go to ClubGG's own support, and the table below shows where.
Our email
support@club-gg.cn is for matters to do with this site only:
- information on a page that's wrong or out of date (please include the page address and, if you can, the official source);
- translation issues, or a topic you'd like us to cover;
- press and partnership enquiries.
We read every message, but we can't promise a personal reply to each one, and we don't offer one-to-one coaching.

Scam warning
This site will never ask for your password or verification code, and will never ask you to send money. Genuine support has no reason to want your verification code. Anyone asking you to pay to “unfreeze”, “activate” or “buy chips” should be treated as a scammer.
If someone on Telegram, WhatsApp or any other app claims to be “club-gg.cn support” or an “official ClubGG agent”, block them. Common scams are covered in safety and scams.
